What's included

What's in a row: 26 columns

Each row is one investor or family office contact. When we have the data, a row can include all 26 columns below. Blank cells mean we could not find that detail. We do not invent values.

How capital raisers use this

  1. STEP 01

    Pick one investor type.

Start with the one type that already invests in deals like yours, and build your first list from that.

  2. STEP 02

    Write the one-liner first.

If you can't say the deal in one sentence, the email won't land either. Our members use the One-Liner Pitch Writer for this.

  3. STEP 03

Send short, personal emails in small batches, then follow up.

In our members' experience, most replies come on the second or third email.

Richard Wilson
A note from the founder
I started Family Office Club in 2007. Since then we've hosted more than 340 investor events, and I've watched thousands of pitches up close. The people I've seen raise money pick the right type of investor and follow up with a one-line pitch. We built these lists, and the AI tools our members use, around that. Start with the free sample and see if the rows fit your raise.

Common questions

What is in a row?

Up to 26 columns per contact: identity, contact details, location and firm details such as AUM and areas of investment interest. Blank cells mean we could not find that detail. We do not invent values.

What does the monthly fee cover?

It keeps your access open to the investor list you bought, including ongoing updates to that list. Cancel any time from your account. Family Office Club membership (portal, event videos, and AI tools) is separate unless your purchase explicitly includes it. Ask us what is bundled with your order.

Single database or all 16?

If you need more than two types, all 16 usually works out cheaper.

Will investors reply to me?

We can't promise that. The workflow on our home page is what we've seen work.
